Vila Joya Restaurant at the Tivoli Palácio de Seteais

The Vila Joya Restaurant is at the Tivoli Palácio de Seteais allowing guests to enjoy a truly unique wining and dining experience.

From 13 December 2012 to 14 February 2013, guests can try an exclusive menu consisting of 3 courses at lunch and 6 courses at dinner, prepared by Chef Dieter Koschina and his team.

The Vila Joya restaurant at the Tivoli Palácio de Seteais will be operating in the D. João VI and can cater for up to 20 diners.

With this partnership, the Tivoli Palácio de Seteais can offer a wider range of experiences to guests to include luxury dining in the privileged atmosphere of Seteais Palace. For two months, the hotel restaurant – The Seteais – will be operating as usual, but complemented by the extraordinary cuisine of the Vila Joya.

For guests wishing to enjoy an unparalleled wining and dining experience at Christmas and New Year, there will be special Vila Joya Christmas and New Year menus, in addition to the Seteais menus.

Atlantic lobster with cauliflower and Imperial Caviar, Textures of Mieral Pigeon and Gillardeau Oysters with Celery and Herb Ravioli are just 3 examples of the different dishes which will be served at the Vila Joya restaurant. The menus will change every 3 weeks.
