On July 27th, Tomorrowland is coming to Porto, Portugal

The renowned international electronic dance music festival chose the city of Porto for its debut on July 27th. Unite with Tomorrowland takes place on the 15th anniversary of the event and has also as venue Parque Oriental in a celebration on a global scale.

The magical environment, the synchronized special effects and the themed decorations of Tomorrowland land in the next month of July in Campanhã, in an event that will serve as turning point for Parque Oriental to become the stage for major events in the city.
In this new format that aims to unite all the fans of the festival and dance music, called Unite with Tomorrowland, besides Porto, Portugal, also Greece, Malta and Spain are part of the celebration, always with the aesthetics of the original event in Belgium, and featuring some of the artists that make up the line-up of this year's edition.
From late afternoon to early morning, live performances of big names in electronic music and live broadcasts from the main stage of the event taking place in the city of Boom in Antwerp are guaranteed. The line-up will be announced on May 8th.
In Portugal, from Parque Oriental, a strong line-up of national and foreign DJs is guaranteed, along with The Amicorum Spectaculum, a group of performers whose name is based on the theme of the 2017 edition of Tomorrowland.
More than a local event, Unite with Tomorrowland aims to provide a day of sharing of emotions between audiences from different European cities through seamless live satellite connection.
Created in 2005 by the Beers brothers, Tomorrowland is Belgium's biggest music festival and is held every summer in the city of Boom. It will bring together over one thousand artists and an estimated audience of 400 thousand people this year.The event will be co-produced in Portugal by UAU and PEV Entertainment, with the support of Porto City Hall, via PortoLazer. Until April 15th, pre-registrations for the edition of Unite with Tomorrowland in Porto are now open on the official website of the event. Tickets will go on sale starting April 17th.

A train ride through the almonds in blossom: on the Saturdays: 03, 10, 17 and 24 March 2018

Get aboard the train for a memorable journey along the Almond Blossom Circuit, where you can let your senses delight in the vast flower-filled landscape of one of Portugal’s most green and verdant regions. 

The oldest tourist excursion developed by the Portuguese railway company CP (Comboios de Portugal), the Almond Blossom circuit takes you through some unique countryside, where history and tradition blend perfectly with the beauty of the landscapes. A journey that will literally take your breath away. 

Taking you through the region of Alto Douro and Trás-os-Montes in special trains, along the line from Porto-Campanhã to Pocinho and back, the Almond Blossom Trail is further complemented by 
a choice of three road trips that you can also choose from:

Route A – Pocinho, Museu do Côa (guided tour of the museum), Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo (time for lunch), Castelo Rodrigo, Barca D'Alva, Penedo Durão (view point), Freixo de Espada à Cinta and Pocinho.

Route B – Freixo de Numão, Penedono, Trancoso (time for lunch), Marialva (guided tour of the castle), Meda (guided tour of the winery Quinta Vale D'Aldeia), Museu do Côa (guided tour of the museum), Foz Côa and Pocinho..

Route C – Pocinho, Torre de Moncorvo, Mogadouro (time for lunch and visit to the Archeology museum), Santuário de Cerejais (view point), Vila flor and Pocinho.
